Opens Presentation & updates members with any upcoming events
Introduces the Club Captain, who then conducts the presentation

Inter Club & World Challenges

Establishes Contacts with respective Presidents
Oversees Club's lia'sons
Carries out Presentations as required

AUVGC Club Championships

Welcome Address at commencement of Day's Play and Presentation Dinner

Annual Presentation Night

Oversee venue booking
Liase with Special Events Officer and Club Captain to ensure venue is prepared and menu choice is appropriate
Deliver welcome address and acknowledge Guests
Assist with Trophy & Award Presentations

AGM

Deliver Presidents Report and ensure all other Reports are at hand
Liase with Club Treasurer to ensure AUV Audit has been performed
Ensure Club Secretary has previous AGM minutes prepared and distributed
Organise venue

Other

Represent or delegate Representation of the AUV Golf Club at all Ukrainian functions where invited
Prepare an Annual Report of the Club's business for presentation to the AUV AGM
