Bookings & Special Events Officer

In consultation with the Club Captain and the Club Committee, organises and book golf courses for the upcoming golfing year.

Takes bookings from members wishing to play in the monthly events.

In consultation with the Club Captain, shall purchase and arrange engraving of trophies for all fixtures -

Monthly Games
Club Championships
Inter Club Challenges
Presentation Night

Organise draw of players

Prepare cards with player's name, handicap, NTP's, LD & DC

Takes bookings for the next scheduled monthly game.

Special Events

Proposes courses for the Club's Annual Events.

Books the course
Books accommodation
Books venue for post match Presentation
Takes bookings from member's
Advises Newsletter Editor of event arrangements and costs for publication in Newsletter.

Organises Annual Presentation Night venue.
